I have been blogging for close to 7 years now. I have ridden the highs of getting views, comments, and engagement, and walked the dry seasons of no one even knowing I existed. In that order. (Yep.)
When I first started out, I bugged every person I possibly could to learn about website design, platforms, and domains. I pieced together things through second-hand knowledge and the power of Google. It was a long, frustrating process, and I ultimately grew to hate the first website I created and wanted nothing to do with it.
