Who is each package for?
The Basic Bundle is best suited to those who are just looking to get going; the Writer Website Sheaf is better for those who are more business-oriented – perhaps selling merch or running a business on the side! The Book Baby Bundle is for all writers, meant to help set up a cool place for your readers to congregate and hang out! And, if all else fails… there’s always the Custom Package where you decide exactly what I do!
How does this awesome service work?
You tell me what you want, and I try to make it come to life! We will go back and forth with feedback on how it’s looking so that you are happy with the final product – once at the start to lay the foundation, midway, and at the end. You will have to share admin abilities with me so I can change anything, but after the work is complete, you can delete me right off! (Just picture The Lion King here)
Does the price cover everything?
The price of packages only covers my creation of the website; it does not include things such as hosting, domains, or themes. I will give you some advice based on what you are looking for as to what the best choice might be for you, but you will have to ultimately choose and pay additionally for these. Pricing is subject to the provider’s discretion. I will not pay these for you during the process so as to make sure you will never face any issues in regards to being deemed the owner of something, which means that you will have to share all information or files with me so I can work with them while you still maintain ownership.
Will you maintain my website for me?
I will help create your website, but I become hands-off once the creation process is complete. I can leave you crash course on how to update and edit your website if you are not confident, though, so you can always change things in the future!
Who do you use for websites hosting?
I use Managed WordPress, but I don’t limit you to one particular host! I’ll present some options to you that might best suite your needs, and you can choose from those – or ask for more options if none appeal to you. (Don’t know what Managed WordPress is? Check out this page here!)
Do you have a refund policy?
The charges for this are fully for a service provided: as such, if the service is complete, it is non-refundable as the labour has been put in. If you are unhappy with the results, then I am more than happy to discuss potential resolutions – but I always check to make sure you are satisfied throughout the process, so that will hopefully never be an issue.
If you change your mind early into the process before we have started building anything, I do offer a full refund. If you decide I am not the right fit for you, you will receive your money back. No hard feelings!
